An Update for Our Community: We Are Open
We want to keep you informed that MACT Health is currently navigating a temporary network outage. To ensure this is resolved correctly and swiftly, we have brought in a team of outside experts to assist our tech team in restoring our network and investigating the cause of the issue.
While we work to get our systems back to 100%, our medical teams are still here doing what they do best: caring for you.
Current Status and What You Need to Know
We Are Open: All of our clinics remain open. If you have an appointment, please keep it!
Phone Services Restored: Our phone systems are fully back online. You can reach us as usual for questions or updates on your appointment status.
Check-In Process: We ask for a little patience upon arrival. Check-in might take a few extra minutes as we temporarily navigate processes the "old-fashioned way" with pen and paper.
Potential Scheduling Changes: While we are ready to see you, the system limitations mean we may need to reschedule some appointments. We appreciate your flexibility as we work through this.
Department-Specific Notes
Dental Patients: Due to this technical issue, we are currently unable to schedule or reschedule dental appointments. However, we are still available to take your call. We will collect your information and contact you to schedule once our systems are fully back online.
Prescriptions: If you need refills or a prescription filled, please contact your main pharmacy directly.
Holiday Notice Please note that all MACT offices will be closed for Christmas December 25 & 26 and will return to offices on Monday December 29.
We expect to return to normal operations very soon. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this causes to your day and are grateful for your continued patience and understanding.
