An Update for Our Community: We Are Open

We want to keep you informed that MACT Health is currently navigating a temporary network outage. To ensure this is resolved correctly and swiftly, we have brought in a team of outside experts to assist our tech team in restoring our network and investigating the cause of the issue.

While we work to get our systems back to 100%, our medical teams are still here doing what they do best: caring for you.

Current Status and What You Need to Know

  • We Are Open: All of our clinics remain open. If you have an appointment, please keep it!

  • Phone Services Restored: Our phone systems are fully back online. You can reach us as usual for questions or updates on your appointment status.

  • Check-In Process: All sites, with the exception of Valley Springs, have full access for check-in and scheduling.

  • Potential Scheduling Changes: All systems are back to normal.

Department-Specific Notes

  • Dental Patients: All dental locations are back up and running. You can now schedule appointments, come in for your visits, and receive standard x-rays.

    Please note that specialized imaging (such as panoramic or 3D x-rays) is temporarily unavailable at some locations. We are working to restore these services over the coming weeks and appreciate your patience.

  • Prescriptions: Prescription functionality is fully restored and providers are filling prescriptions.

We expect to return to complete normal operations very soon. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this causes to your day and are grateful for your continued patience and understanding.
