MACT Health Board is committed to supporting our community's youth, which is why we're bringing our Mobile Clinic directly to you for convenient youth sports physicals!

Morning Session (10 AM - 12 PM): Railroad Flat Community Center 298 Railroad Flat Rd, Railroad Flat
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM - 4 PM): Blue Mountain Coalition 364 Main St, West Point, CA
Why is a Sports Physical Important? A sports physical helps identify any underlying conditions that could put an athlete at risk during physical activity. It's a proactive measure that ensures your child is healthy enough to participate safely and helps prevent potential injuries.
Easy & Accessible Care: We strive to make healthcare accessible. That's why we accept most insurances, including Medical and Medicare. For those without insurance, the cost is a low $30. Please remember to bring proof of insurance and a photo ID to your appointment.
This service is available to all Native patients and non-Native children under 18, plus adults.
